We built GraySmith because the bill arrived before the process did.
Companies adopted AI faster than any software category before it, and the controls didn't keep up. Procurement was built for annual licences, not per-token consumption. Finance was built for cost centres, not agents. Security was built for accounts, not API keys handed out in a Slack thread.
GraySmith exists for the gap that opened between those two speeds. We're not here to slow AI adoption down. The opposite. Teams move faster when spend has an owner, a ceiling and a route, because nobody has to stop and ask whether this is allowed.
