Connect one department for a month. We take nothing.

The fastest way to find out what this is worth is to point one team's traffic at it and read the meter.

We do not ask you to believe a savings number, and we do not publish one. The router freezes a baseline of what you would have paid, then measures the difference from your own traffic. At the end of the month you have your number, from your own data, whether or not you continue.

Three phases, in order of risk

  1. 1

    Measure only

The router goes in the path and changes nothing. Every request is classified, priced across all four cost bases and attributed to a team, feature and customer. You see the bill you were always paying, itemised for the first time.

  2. 2

    Rules and constraints

Budgets and policy go on, per user, per key, per category, per department. Each one set to warn, downgrade or deny. Sensitive requests get pinned to your own hardware. Still no routing changes, so nothing about your output moves.

  3. 3

    Automatic routing

Only now does traffic start moving between models, on deterministic rules you have read and approved. Cheap models take what they can handle, hard requests go where they need to. You can read every routing decision, and revert any rule without a deploy.

What the audit hands back

An itemised bill
Every euro attributed to a team, feature and customer, priced at true cost rather than list price.
Your own savings number
Measured against a baseline frozen before anything changed, normalised per unit of work, with provider price cuts excluded so a vendor's discount is never counted as our result.
A make-vs-buy position
Per category, whether your own hardware or a provider is cheaper for that work, from your data.
The spend with no owner
Keys, agents and seats still running with nobody attached to them. Our analysts produce this; it is work we do, not a feature that ships.

The audit is free and it is not for everyone. Below a qualifying level of AI spend our delivery costs more than the saving is worth, and we will say so rather than sell you something.
